WTF Commissions FAQ

The FAQ is currently under construction,
but we can at least get started. :-).

Q: When do I pay?
A: After we have accepted the commission, we'll need a deposit
of half the cost of the costume before we can begin, if the
estimate for the commission was over $50.
Should something go seriously awry and we are unable to
complete the costume, or are unable to complete it by the
required date, or should the commission be cancelled,
we will refund the deposit in full.
The remainder of the cost of the costume is payable at any
time before the costume is sent to you (but we must receive
full payment before we can ship the costume). (So, if you
wanted to, you could pay all at once, or pay half at the commission
start, then in smaller installments thereafter.)

If, after repeated attempts, a customer fails to complete
payment for their comission, the deposit is non-refundable.
The commission in question would be put up on ebay.
We will, however, make all possible effort to complete
the transaction with the original customer before taking
that course of action.

Any/All refunds will be issued by check or via paypal,
depending upon how the deposit was received (mail or paypal).

Q: What if, when I receive the commission,
something's wrong with it?
A: If we've made an error in the construction of a costume, be it
in sizing or something else, you can send the costume back to us
for repair or for a full refund.
In all cases, however, return shipping is up to you
(though if we correct the error and send it back to you, we'll
cover that shipping).
